Yum! Brands, Inc.Yum! is a corporation which owns Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A & W Restaurants, and Long John Silver's. It was created as Tricon Global Restaurants in 1997 when Pepsico spun off its restaurant holdings. In May 2002, with the acquisition of A & W and Long John Silver's, Tricon changed its name to "Yum!". Yum! is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
