University of OklahomaUniversity of Oklahoma is an institution of higher learning located in Norman, Oklahoma. The university was founded in 1890. The university is known for its law school, school of medicine and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.The school's sports teams are called the Sooners. They participate in the NCAA's Division I-A, and in the Big Twelve Conference.
