Ukkusiksalik National Park

Ukkusiksalik National Park is a national park in Nunavut, Canada.

It is a 20,000 sq.km region stretching westward from Hudson Bay on the Nunavut mainland, just south of the Arctic Circle.

In addition to a reversing falls and 500 archeological sites, including an old Hudson's Bay Company trading post, the region is home to such species as polar bears and peregrine falcons.

The park was created on August 23, 2003.
