Tiger's eyeTiger's eye (also Tigers Eye, Tiger Eye) is a gemstone that is usually yellow- to red-brown. It is a fibrous silicified crocidolite (in the quartz family). The gems are usually polished so that the interesting chatoyancy light property is displayed.
