The VinesThe Vines are an Australian garage rock band that emerged along with a new breed of alternative rockers (like the Strokes and the White Stripes) in 2001. After releasing "Factory" in their native land, the Vines signed to Heavenly Records and recorded "Highly Evolved". The single earned them more critical hype as they toured the United States and released the debut LP, Highly Evolved.
