The Santa Clause (1994) is a film starring Tim Allen as a father who finds himself literally wearing the mantle of Santa Claus after the merry elf's tragic death. In cosmic contractual terms, "if you put on the suit, you're the big guy." (the Santa clause).The Santa Clause 2 (2002) is a sequel to the 1994 film, with all the principal actors reprising their roles. Producer Brian Reilly said, "Santa has to find a way to deal with being a dad in a time of crisis for his son, and balance that with keeping the North Pole running for all the children of the world."
