The racial makeup of the CDP is 96.39% White, 0.94% African American, 0.11% Native American, 1.59% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.25% from other races, and 0.70% from two or more races. 0.77% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
