Stein, NetherlandsStein (population: 26,530) is a town in the southeastern Netherlands, in the province of Limburg. The municipality covers an area of 22.77 km² (of which 1.42 km² water).The municipality of Stein also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Berg aan de Maas, Catsop, Elsloo, Maasband, Meers, Nattenhoven, Urmond.
