State University of New YorkThe State of New York assists in financing a university system which provides low cost college level education to residents of the state. The system is composed of a variety of universities, colleges, and community colleges throughout the entire state. Non-residents are welcome, though tuition is higher.There are a large variety for colleges in the SUNY system with some overlap in specialities from site to site.
