Sports IllustratedSports Illustrated is a popular sports magazine. Ironically, it is probably most famous for its "swimsuit issue", which contains pictures of women in bathing suits in place of the sports photos. The magazine is owned by media giant AOL Time Warner.Volume 1, Issue 1 of Sports Illustrated was published on August 16, 1954.
