SplinterSplinter, The Offspring's forth coming album, is due to be released the 2nd December 2003. The original name for "Splinter" was "Chinese Democracy", but due to the dispute with Guns n Roses lead Axl Rose, was changed. This change has brought The CD's production to a halt, and its released date was changed to December, instead of November.
