Solna

Solna (population 56,605) is a municipality in central Sweden, part of the county of Stockholm, situated north of Stockholm's city centre.

The mostly industrial town features three royal palaces, and Råsunda Stadium, home of football club AIK, which is also in use for international matches.

Solna has borders with Stockholm to the south, southeast and northwest, Sundbyberg in the west, Sollentuna to the north and finally Danderyd to the northeast.
