SkyEurope

SkyEurope is the first low-cost, low-fare airline in central Europe developed upon successful models in the US and the EU, backgrounded by EU investment and standards, based 50 km from the congested Vienna Schwechat Airport.

SkyEurope Airlines, with bases in Bratislava and Košice (Eastern Slovakia), is the first low cost airline in Central Europe, employing 100 people. SkyEurope operates on scheduled routes to Prague, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart, Zurich, Milan, Dubrovnik, Split and Zadar. Bus shuttles are operated from Bratislava to Vienna and Brno and from Košice to Poprad transforming Bratislava Airport into a gateway to Central Europe, while positioning it as a secondary airport for Vienna, only 50 km away. Bratislava Airport is conveniently located within a one-hour drive of Vienna, Brno and Gyor, covering a catchment area of four countries (Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia).
