Sky Harbor International Airport

Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix is Arizona's main international airport, one of the largest aviation facilities in the American Southwest and one of the top ten busiest airports in the country. Its IATA Airport Code is PHX.

Sky Harbor has been operating for decades, and in the 1950's it was serviced by four airline companies. Today, it serves as a hub for America West as well as one of the largest departure points for Dallas based Southwest Airlines and is trying to become another international airport in the Southwest region. In that department, it is trying to follow in the footsteps of Los Angeles International Airport, Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport, George Bush Intercontinental Airport and San Francisco International Airport.

Sky Harbor has not seen any major tragedies happen.

Sky Harbor International Airport has 3 Terminals.
