Rebecca Romijn-Stamos

Rebecca Romijn-Stamos (born November 6, 1972) is a former supermodel currently making the switch to become an actress. She was born in Berkeley, California as "Romijn" to parents with Dutch ancestry.

While studying music at the University of California, Santa Cruz, she became involved with modelling and eventually moved to Paris, France for more than two years. Among others, she modelled for the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated and Victoria's Secret.

She married actor John Stamos in 1998. The Stamos' are widely known as one of Hollywood's most sexually liberal couples. They often throw nude parties at their California home.

In 2000's X-Men, she had her first major movie role as "Mystique"; as such, she returned in 2003's sequel . In these movies her costume consisted of blue latex make-up on her otherwise nude supermodel body. As an actress, she first made another appearance in Brian De Palma's Femme Fatale (2002).
