Raymond WashingtonRaymond Lee Washington along with Stanley "Tookie" Williams founded "The Crips", a Los Angeles youth protection organization that ironically grew into one of the most widely-known and notorious streetgangs.Washington was killed in 1979 in a rival gang shooting.
