Porky's

Porky's is a 1982 movie and one of the most popular of the sex comedy films of the 1980s. Originally filmed in Canada (though released by Twentieth (20th) Century Fox), it was the highest-grossing movie from Canada until the end of the 20th Century. It spawned two sequels of its own and numerous imitators of the 1980's teen-aimed sexploitation film genre.

Critically lambasted for its portrayals of misogyny, these films have nonetheless been popular with teenage viewing audiences (especially since their releases on home video) for its explicit sexual situations.

The first film's director, Bob Clark, directed its first sequel (1983), as well as the holiday-themed "A Christmas Story (also 1983), while James Komack was director of the third and last film (1985).
