Reynoso was born and grew up in Los Angeles, California. She started as a reporter at Los Angeles' KWHY station, later on moving to Phoenix, Arizona where she worked at the Mas Arizona station. There, she won one Emmy award for "Best Talent" and was nominated for an additonal two.

In 2003, Reynoso was awarded the RTNDA award for journalism. She also moved to Denver's KWGN station where she was a reporter/fill-in anchor.

Reynoso auditioned for the position of show host at ABC's The View, and she has been featured in the show in the position of co-host. She is one of the leading candidates to occupy that position permanently, but ABC has not made a decision yet as to who will host it.
