Meiô Setsuna

Meiôu Setsuna, or Sailor Pluto, is a character in the Sailor Moon anime. She is the older and the more mature of the senshi. Her eternal duty is to guard the gates of time. Given the ease on which evil forces travel through time, she doesn't seem too good at her job. Sailor Pluto wasn't introduced until late in the series.

Sailor Pluto was the senshi that Rini (Sailor Mini-Moon) contacted through the Luna Sphere (the cat balloon thing, that is seen following her all the time). Sailor Pluto was very fond of Rini, and referred to her as "Small Lady."
