Liu Biao

Liu Biao was a the governor of the Jing province in China during the end of the Han dynasty. His army killed Sun Jian, the founder of the kingdom of Wu. Liu Biao's forces were consequently defeated by Sun Ce and later Sun Quan. Liu Biao did ally himself with Liu Bei, emperor of Shu, sending his son, Liu Qi, as an envoy.

Liu Biao allowed himself to be controlled by his officer, Cai Mao, and his army fell into ruin.
