Jesus College, Cambridge

Jesus College at the University of Cambridge was founded in 1496 on the site of a Benedictine nunnery by John Alcock, then Bishop of Ely.

Alumni include Thomas Cranmer, Samuel Taylor Coleridge and Thomas Malthus.
