Hickory

Hickory is a kind of tree, found in North America. Hickory wood is popular in for example tool handles, since it is fairly strong in comparison to its weight.

Hickory is also the name of some places in the United States of America:

"Old Hickory" was the nickname of Andrew Jackson (March 15, 1767 - June 8, 1845) was the seventh (1829-1837) President of the United States. Jackson was regarded as a national hero after defeating the British in the 1815 Battle of New Orleans.
