Heilongjiang

Heilongjiang (黑龙江省 or 黑龍江省, literal meaning: "Black Dragon River Province") is a province of the People's Republic of China located in the northereastern part of the country. It borders Jilin in the South, Inner Mongolia to the East; it also borders Russia to the north.
