Hana Mandlíková, a professional tennis player, was born on February 19, 1962, in Prague, Czech Republic.

Between 1978 and 1990 she won 22 ATP Tour titles including the following Grand Slam in tennis events:

Australian Open - 1980, 1987
French Open - 1981
US Open - 1985

Hana Mandlíková was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1994.
