GCA

In computing, GCA is a freeware compression utility created in 2000 by Shin-ichi Tsuruta (鶴田真一, Shin-ichi Tsuruta). GCA is also a compressed archive format. Higher compression more than ZIP, there is wonderful effects in binary files. But not major. GCA of next generation is 'DGCA'.
