Commercial entity
A commercial entity is a legal construct capable of bearing rights and obligations and entering into legal contracts in its own name. Commercial entities are sometimes colloquially refered to as "paper people" due to their legal status of having many of the same rights and obligations as "flesh and blood people".Commercial entities include:
