Carlos LehderCarlos Lehder is a Colombian drug trafficker and politician, one of the founders of the Medellin cartel who used his drug profits to found a Neo-Nazi political party in Colombia, and served as a deputy in the Colombian Congress of Deputies. He was extradited to the USA for cocaine trafficking and served 15 years in an American prison before his release in 2000. He has kept a low profile since his release.
