Cambridge, OntarioCambridge (2001 population 110,372) is located on the Grand River in Waterloo Regional Municipality, Ontario, Canada.The city was formed in 1973 when the towns of Galt, Preston, and Hespeler merged. In 1986 Toyota opened a plant in Cambridge that employs 3500 people and it is by far the city's largest employer, although several other industrial companies also call Cambridge home.
