Bull
A bull is the male of cattle and a few other animal species, such as elephants and sea lions. The term is used primarily to refer to animals that humans find daunting, or that have polygynous or harem mating systems.
Among domestic cattle, a bull is specifically a fertile male; castrated males are called steers and are raised for meat or as beasts of burden when they are called oxen.
The constellation Taurus represents a bull.
