Bill Graham (Politician)

Bill Graham is Canada's minister of Foreign Affairs. He grew up in Montreal and Vancouver and attended Trinity College and then became a professor at the University of Toronto. He was first elected as MP for Toronto Centre–Rosedale in 1993, Bill Graham was appointed minister of Foreign Affairs in a cabinet shuffle by Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chrétien in January 2002. Graham is married and has three children.
