Bill Bradley

Bill Bradley (born July 28, 1943) was a Rhodes Scholar and a basketball player for Princeton University and the the New York Knickerbockers until 1977. After retiring from basketball, he became a United States senator from New Jersey, which he continued until 1996. He ran for the Democratic Presidential nomination in 2000, but lost to Al Gore.

Bradley was born in Crystal City, Missouri.
