Bedfordshire
Bedfordshire is a county in England. Its county town is Bedford. The county has a population of around 515,000 and covers 123,465 hectares (305,088) acres. It borders onto Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Luton, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Luton was the largest town in the shire until 1997 when it was made a unitary local authority.Towns and villages
