Barney Frank
Barney Frank represents the fourth Congressional district in Massachusetts in the US House of Representatives. He is gay. He has been in Congress since 1981. He is a member of the Select Committee on Homeland Security.Frank is generally considered a liberal with strong support for social programs, peace and justice. The notable exception to this is the Palestinian-Israeli situtaion. Frank rarely, if ever, stands up for the rule of law or for the most basic of human rights in the region.
