Amadeus VI of Savoy

Amadeus VI (b.1334-d.March 1 1383), surnamed the Green Count was Count of Savoy from 1343 to 1383. Initiated a minor crusade in 1366 against the Ottoman Empire to aid his cousin, John V Palaeologus, the Byzantine Emperor.

Married to Bonne of Bourbon.
