Albert Ellis

Albert Ellis (born September 27, 1913) is a psychologist who is the originator of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), the predecessor of Aaron Beck's Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
